BRUNER
Wilma Wynell Bruner, age 84, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2011 in Conroe, Texas. She was born October 27, 1927 in San Angelo, Texas to parents, Richard M. and Ruth Barnett who preceded her in death along with her step-mother, Claudia Barnett; and her great-grandsons, Corbin Sontag and Dakota Sontag.
Wilma was blessed with grace, beauty and strength. Her greatest accomplishments in life were her family; her loving husband, Ken Bruner; her two sons, Gary Bruner and wife, Beth, Dennis Bruner and wife, Kim; six grandchildren, Jeff Bruner, Stacey Filosa, Kasey Juel, Sarah Martin, Jesse Bruner, Roseanna Sontag; and countless great-grandchildren, Dylan Juel, Autumn Juel, Brandon Juel, Amber Juel, Paul Hamaker, Brooke Davis, Tristian Davis, Tyler Martin, Payton Bruner, Rylee Sontag, Brody Sontag, and Dusty Sontag; she also leaves behind to cherish her memory; her brother, Elton Barnett; and her sister, Dene Manuey; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and faithful friends. They were the light of her life and she will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
The family will welcome friends for visitation Friday, December 16, 2011, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Coldspring, Texas. Dr. Don M. Shannon will preside over funeral services being held Saturday, December 17, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Coldspring, Texas with interment following at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jesse Bruner, Dylan Juel, Paul Hamaker, Jeff Bruner, W.A. Cook, and Kelly Wampler.
