William Clyde Hearn

WILLIAM "CLYDE" HEARN
1934 2014

William "Clyde" Hearn of Coldspring went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 27, 2014, at the age of 80. He was born on February 8, 1934 in Corpus Christi to Eva Bickham and William Clyde Hearn.

He graduated from Calallen High School in 1953. He served in the Army and was stationed in France during World War II.

Clyde was a machinist in the Houston area for many years. He owned Coldspring Machine when he retired.

He is preceded in death by his parents William and Eva Hearn, brothers Fred and Roy Hearn, and his late wife Dottie Hearn.

Clyde is survived by his wife Martha Hearn of Coldspring; daughter Angie Bean (Mike) of Willis; son Ricky Hearn (Catherine) of Mabank; daughter Adell Milam (Bob) of Huffman; son Larry Smith of Crosby; son Rodney Rosin (Jennifer) of Moses Lake, WA; son Richard Rosin (Cathy) of Huntsville; son Robert Rosin of Coldspring; son Russell Rosin of Spokane, WA; brother John Hearn (Woody) of Conroe; sister-in-law Earlene Hearn of Clute; brother-in-law Charlie Faircloth (Tina) of Bolivar Island; and sister-in-law Barbara Lindsey of Goldwite. His grandchildren are Eric Thompson (Dana) of Spring; Ricky Floyd of Dallas; Chris Bennett of Houston, Harold Bennett of Huffman; Brandon Smith of Crosby; Kris Bean (Ashton) of Mars Hill, NC; Lana Hughes of Galveston; Colby Milam (Lisa) of Houston; Victoria Nix of Kaufman; Jamie McKinney of Mabank; Anna Fry of Tyler; Morgan Rosin and Richard Rosin of Seattle, WA; Grant and Emma Gullholan of Moses Lake, WA. Deanna, Devon, and Johnny Rosin of Georgia. Clyde has 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was loved by all.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, 14250 State Highway 150 W, Coldspring. The funeral will be held Wednesday, December 31, with Dr. Don Shannon officiating, at First Baptist Church, 100 E Pine Avenue, Coldspring. Interment will follow at Rosewood Cemetery, Porter. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to First Baptist Church, Coldspring.
