William Carl Griffin

William Carl Griffin, age 81 of Splendora, Texas, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018. He was born May 14, 1936 in Lake Village, Arkansas to parents Robert and Margaret Griffin who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Robert A. Griffin, Jr., Jimmy Griffin and Johnny Griffin; and sister, Lou Childers.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Griffin; son, William Bradley Griffin and wife Rhonda; daughter, Dr. Nancy Stebbins and husband Michel Wyn; sisters, Margaret Cherry and Yvonne Greenough; grandchildren, Amanda Usher and husband Ronnie, Jessica Gardiner and husband Charles, Bradley Kee and wife Della, Maggie Stebbins, Victoria Stebbins, Nathan Stebbins and wife Makayla; nine great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Splendora Assembly of God, Splendora, Texas. Interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery, New Waverly, Texas.
