Walter Bryan Reynolds, age 70, of Cleveland (Tarkington Prairie), Texas, went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 09, 2012. He was born February 16, 1942 in Clarkwood, Texas to parents James Hamilton Reynolds and Ruby Faith Goodson Reynolds who preceded him in death. He was raised in Aransas Pass, Texas; spent 2 years college at Del Mar in Corpus Christi; joined the United States Army in 1962 and served as a M.P. (Military Police). He was discharged in 1964 and went to Texas Department of Public Safety boot camp to become a State Trooper. Later he went to work for Brown & Root Construction. He spent 28 years with them until 2006. He stayed at Bayer with Hagamayer as a Safety Tech for another 6 years.Survivors left behind to cherish his memories were his loving wife Deborah "Debbie" Kaye Reynolds; sons Bryan Edward Reynolds and wife Sherri of Tarkington Prairie, daughter Becky Lynn Reynolds of Tarkington Prairie; son Randall James Reynolds and wife Dena of Austin, TX, daughter Lacie Renee Reynolds Ortiveros and husband Nick of Humble, TX. He also leaves behind his two precious grandchildren Faith and Kyle Reynolds whom he adored. He is also survived by his brothers James Lee Reynolds, William Andrew Reynolds, David Hamilton Reynolds, Ronald Goodson Reynolds, Samuel Arthur Reynolds, Adam Reynolds; sister Linda Lucille Parham; ten nephews and twelve nieces; and countless friends beyond measure."Wally B" as he was known to his friends and co-workers was well known for his love of the Lord and his kindness to others. He loved to share his faith to anyone who would listen.Pastor Bob Grayson and Bro. Kevin Okonski presided over funeral services held Sunday, August 12, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Splendora, Texas with interment at Ryan Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
