William “T-Tom†Marr, 59, of Dayton, died Thursday, January 24, 2013, at his residence. Funeral services will held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 28, 2013, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at a later date. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. T-Tom was born October 29, 1953 in Goodrich, MI, to parents; Norman Marr and Betty Hearns a former resident of Flint, MI, and has resided in Dayton for the past 30 years. He was a veteran of the US Army, a former mechanic for Western Auto in Dayton, and a volunteer for Pals for Pooches in Humble. He also enjoyed yard work, crawfish boils, shuffleboard, and known as the King of Farmville. Mr. Marr was preceded in death by his father: Norman Marr and brothers: Gary and Rusty Marr. He is survived by his wife of 16 years: Susan Doyle Marr of Dayton, daughter: Kelly Aragon and husband Nathanial of Japan, son: William “Tommy†Marr, Jr. and wife Karen of TN, mother: Betty Hearns Plummer of MI, brothers: Mitch, Norman, David, Robert, Richard, and Dan, sisters: Diana, Debbie, Judy, Kay, Patty, Becky, and Cheryle, grandchildren: Shawn and Emilie Marr, his cherished pets and companions: Daisy Duke, Lil Willie, and Willow, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
