Virginia Lee Lum, age 76 and a resident of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013. She was born on January 16, 1937 in Madisonville, Texas to parents Otis and Mary Belle Johnson who preceded her in death along with her husband Roy E. Lum; brothers Marshal, Morris and Nelson; sisters Ruby and LaNora; and granddaughter Kathy. Survivors include her son Bobby Lum and wife, Charlotte; daughters Brenda Spangler and husband Danny, Patricia Yeager and husband James, Angie Edwards and husband Kevin; brothers Otis and O.J.; sisters Nona, Mary, Carrie Fay, Ocie, Liz, and Leyte; grandchildren Tina, Roy, Jacy, Brandy, Barrett, Jamie, Christian, Chantel, Shawn, Shane, Faith, Jordan,; great-grandchildren Breanna, Zachery, Daniel, Dylan, Erin, Abigail, Eve, Wade, Eli, and Kutter; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other cherished family members and treasured friends. Visitation will be held Friday, June 14, 2013, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Rev. David L. Raines and Bro. A.V. Walters will preside over funeral services being held Saturday, June 15, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel with interment following at Lum Garden of Memories. Pallbearers include Danny Spangler, Roy Lum, James Yeager, Barrett Lum, Kevin Edwards, and Shawn Spangler; honorary pallbearers include Robert Parker, Travis Franklin, Larry Ferguson, Willie Strange, Ricky Lum, and Bryant Cope.
