Terry Dean Tumlinson

Terry Dean Tumlinson, 56, of Dayton died Friday, February 21, 2014 at home after an extended illness. Terry was born December 19, 1957 in Lubbock, Texas to Dee Roy and Kathy Westbrook Tumlinson. He attended Galena Park schools, enjoyed hunting, fishing and had worked as a carpenter. Terry had lived in the area for over 30 years and was associated with the New Life Church. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 23, 2014, at Ryan Cemetery in Tarkington Prairie. Visitation for Terry will be 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., Saturday evening at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. He was preceded in death by his father: Dee Roy Tumlinson, Sr., and brother: Dee Roy Tumlinson, Jr. Terry is survived by his wife: Janet Trchalek Tumlinson of Dayton; his mother: Kathy Ann Brady of Pasadena; stepfather: Phil Brady of Pasadena; his brothers: Roger Tumlinson of LaPorte and Steve Tumlinson and wife Dora of Deer Park; stepson: Michael Trchalek and wife Yvette; granddaughter: Alyssa Trchalek; one niece; one nephew; other relatives and friends.
