Susan Denise Hammock

Susan Denise Hammock, age 68 of Coldspring, Texas passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020. She was born April 27, 1952 in Houston, Texas to parents William and Vivian Morkisch. She is preceded in death by her father, William Morkisch.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry W. Hammock; mother, Vivian Morkisch Wilson; daughters, Shannon Renee Nelson and husband Jesse Nelson, Jeri Denise Bailey and husband Shannon Bailey, and Vivian Ley Landrum and husband Ron Landrum; son, Jerry Wayne Hammock, Jr. and wife Ann Hammock; sisters, Vicki Morkisch Willis and Debra Morkisch Moffett; brother, Tyre (Tim) Morkisch; along with twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2020 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas.
