Steve Shaver

Steve Shaver, age 70, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015. He was born January 27, 1945 in San Diego, California to parents Floyd Shaver and Margaret Eloise Shaver who preceded him in death along with his grandmother, Opal Die; grandfather, Elias McCoon Die; mother-in-law, Velma Matthews; and father-in-law, Lloyd Matthews.

Survivors include his wife, Sharron Shaver; daughter, Robin and Charles Whitmire; granddaughter, Kendal and Armando Garza; great-grandson, Adrian Garza; sister-in-law, Terri Coleman; nephew/hunting buddy, Andrew Coleman; numerous other family and friends. Honorary Pallbearers, Bubba Massey, Sean Nelson, R.J. Walker, Jay Nelson, Bobby Howell, Pat Harris, Charles Whitmire, Shannon Nelson, Ashley Kelley, Ronnie Whitmire, and Gary Johnson.

Greg Garcia will preside over memorial services held 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Visitation will be prior to services starting at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
