Stacy James Howard

Stacy James Howard, 46, of Dayton, died Friday, July 29, 2016, in Hardin County, Texas.

Visitation with rosary will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Dayton. Funeral service will be Monday August 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Old Ritchie Cemetery in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Stacy was born February 12, 1970 in Houston, Texas, in St. Joseph Hospital to parents; James Brent and Aridell Mary Howard, and has been a lifelong resident of the Dayton area. Stacy was a Document Control Specialist. He loved animals and especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Stacy will be missed by those who knew and loved him.

Stacy was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Wendy Leigh, and boxer, Guideaux.

Mr. Howard is survived by special friend, Alvin Richard; sisters, Darla Webb, Vanessa Williams and Tiffaney Burns; his yellow lab, Portia; Australian shepherd, Jaxon and boxer-pit, Trey, also numerous other relatives, and friends.
