Sherry Lee Novosad

Sherry Lee Williams Novosad, 60, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend, passed away November 18, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of loved and cherished memories. Born in Baytown Texas on April 8, 1964, to Katherine Hatcher and Michael Williams. Sherry was a vibrant soul who found joy in performing on stage, singing, dancing and spending time with her grandkids, family and friends.

She was a graduate of LaPorte High School class of 1982 and enjoyed singing at the Liberty Opry.

She is survived by her husband Ted Novosad, her children, Michelle and Jeff Free of League City TX, Christopher and Samantha Novosad of Tarkington Prairie TX, Ryan and Joey Medina Thompson of Spring TX. Her devoted parents, Katherine and Carl Hatcher of Livingston TX, Michael and Gloria Williams of Tarkington Prairie TX. Sisters, Cassandra Brown of Livingston TX, Colleen Williams of Tarkington Prairie TX. and eight adored grandchildren, Mazzy, Farrah and Jett Free, Hanna, Willow, Lilly, Marlee and CJ Novosad and one nephew, Tristan Brown.

Sherry will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her sprit will continue to shine bright in the hearts of those she touched.

A visitation will be held in her honor to remember and cherish the beautiful memories she left behind on Sunday, November 24th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral services to be held on Monday November 25th at 10:00am at the Pace Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton Texas, Burial will be at the Ryan Cemetery on Highway 321, Tarkington Prairie TX.
