Sharon Rose Robb of Dayton, Texas passed from this world into her makers arms on December 4th, 2019. She was born in Wellborn, Texas to Rose Edward and Emma Logan on November 9th, 1940. Sharon grew up there and graduated from A&M Consolidated High School in 1959. She lived a very long full life and putting that into a short story is an impossible task.
Sharon had a huge heart and helped anyone she could. She was sweet to her very core and very rarely said the word no.
She loved going to the beach, on cruises, the casinos occasionally, and playing cards with the girls late into the night before she was not able to anymore. Every morning found her up with a cup of coffee in her hand and gameshow network on the TV.
One of her favorite stories to tell was meeting Eddie Rabbit at a fair. Now, she was a huge fan of Eddie Rabbit, so it made her day when he kissed her on the cheek then on the lips. Considering she told that story to everyone throughout the years, I think it made not only her day but her lifetime!
There is one more story that she was proud to tell of her high school sweetheart, who was also her first husband, Alvin “AB” Brewer. When they graduated high school, he wrote in her annual that he would always take care of her. Their marriage may not have worked out, but throughout the years with many ups and downs, she was proud to tell everyone that he stayed true to his word and he took care of her when she anytime she needed help.
Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, and one great grandchild.
She is survived by brother Theron “TR” Logan, sons Alvin “Peanut” Brewer, Roger Dale Brewer, and Russell “Rusty” Robb, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.
She was loved by many and will never be far from our thoughts and hearts. May she rest in peace with her Lord and watch over us for the remainder of our days.
