Sharon Lee Morgan

Sharon Lee “Shay” Morgan, 63, of Liberty, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018 in Liberty. She was born November 17, 1954 in Liberty to her late parents, Leonard Leslie Moss and Joy Julene Morgan Moss.

Shay had lived in Dayton most of her life, was a retired electrician and enjoyed gardening, taking care of animals and trail rides.

She was preceded in death by her parents; niece, Laurie Overstreet and great-nephews, Christopher and Coty.

Survivors include her daughters, Christina Pope and her husband, Christopher of Jasper and Angelia “Angie” Giles of Liberty; sister, Betty “Betty Boop” Brown and her husband, Ernie of Dayton; grandchildren, Aaron Thompson, Ian Pope and his wife, Lauren, Kayla Musgrove, Tristan Davis and Sarah Do and her husband, Adrian; nieces and nephews, Michelle Tanner and her husband, Clifford, Craig Castilaw and David Castilaw and a great-nephew, David Cain Castilaw.

A memorial visitation, for friends and family, will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.
