Scott Allen Winfrey, age 46 and a resident of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014. He was born March 11, 1968, in Houston, Texas to parents Weeman Winfrey and Delores Ann Winfrey. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Frank Winfrey; grandparents, and niece, Kendal Martin.
Survivors include his sons, Ross and Colby Winfrey; sister, Sissy Martin; brother, Terry Winfrey and wife Kim; nieces, Tiffany Jacobs and husband Bobby, Laura, Kallie, and Kelsie Winfrey; nephews, Casey Martin and wife Angi, Wrangler, Lacy, and Ty Martin; great-nephew, Frank Martin ; great nieces, Presley and Reese Jacobs, Haydin Martin, and Laney Corbin.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2014, 5:00- 9:00 p.m. at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Coldspring, Texas. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Coldspring, Texas with Brother Zack Currie, Brother Terry Jones, and Virgil Currie officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion, Stephens Creek, Texas
