Roy Dewight Carter

Roy Dewight Carter was born August 20, 1955 in Silsbee, Texas to parents, Marvin L. Carter and Thelma Fuqua Carter. He passed away February 14, 2025 in Cleveland, Texas at the age of 69 years. 

Dewight was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Laura Carter; and his brothers, James Carter and Larry Carter. He is survived by his son, Reagan Carter; grandson, Ryan Carter; brothers, Gene Carter, Billy Carter, and Marvin Carter; sisters, Brenda Mitcham, Linda Sullivan, and Shirley Carter.
