Ronald Leon Puckett, 59 of Cleveland passed away Monday, June 23, 2014 at home. He was born August 31, 1954 in Cleveland, Texas to parents John Lewis and Louise Foxworth Puckett. He graduated from Cleveland High School in 1972. Ronnie was an avid fisherman and loved riding his motorcycle. He was a jack of all trades and never met a stranger. He adored his Scooter, Lolo, and Red. Ronnie had worked at Union Tank Car and Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Memorial Service for Ronnie will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 27, 2014 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Cleveland. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Daryn Rakestraw, Preston Coats, Floyd Page, Bo Taylor, PeeWee Garland,and Eddie Donahay. He was preceded in death by his son, Ronald Leon Puckett, Jr. Ronnie is survived by his parents, J.L. and Louise Puckett; his wife, Tana Puckett; his daughter, Stacy Harp and husband Ben; his sons, Jaybo Turner and wife Shona, Tristan and B.J. Williamson; grandchildren, Stephanie and Elizabeth Harp, brother, Bill Puckett and wife Lynetta; brother-in-law, Sandy Winters; sisters-in-law, Donna Lou Winters, and Pat Winters; nephews, Steven Puckett and his children, Thomas, Lauren and Hayley; nieces, Kim Palmer, Alyssa Puckett, and Lisa Anderson; also many other family members and friends.
