Ronald Courtland Mabee

Ron Mabee, age 69 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016. He was born November 14, 1946 in Houston, Texas to parents Courtland Glanville Mabee and Gwynne Mabee Yschek. He is preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother, Gwynne Mabee Yschek and husband Hank; sister, Dorinda Marlborough and her children: Steven and Laura Marlborough and their children – Sierra, Shaelyn and Sorren, Sean and Denise Marlborough and their children – Madeline, Christian, Sydney and Ashlyn, Brandon Marlborough; sister, Debbie Witt married to Fran Witt and their children: Nathan and Jennifer Witt and their children - Ashley, Aiden and Abel, Lindy and Jason Mc Nabb and their children - Tyler, Haley and Ryan, Tiffany and Darrel Teelucksingh and their children - Jeslyn and husband Jacob, Colby and Kai; sister, Michelle Moore married to Chris Moore and their children Collin and Drake; step brother, Deran Denton; and step sister, Derri Denton.

Memorial services will start at 12:00 noon, Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Ron's house 5183 Penny Road Cleveland, TX 77328. At 2:00 p.m. - prayer and sharing memories of Ron followed by the firing of Ronnie's cannon in his honor. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to Montgomery County Animal Shelter.
