Roger Lee Senter

Roger Lee Senter, age 61, a resident of Coldspring, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at his home. He was born February 14, 1951 in Galveston, Texas. Mr. Senter was a distinguished Veteran of the United States Navy and was proud to be an American. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years. He also was kind and giving, tender hearted and deeply devoted to his wife Regina. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Friday, December 14, 2012, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Coldspring, Texas. Pastor Caroline Aycock will preside over funeral services being held Saturday, December 15, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel, Coldspring, Texas. He will be buried at Houston National Cemetery at a later date. He is preceeded in death by his Father; Gene Senter, Grandparents; Fred and Lizzie Senter, John Elmer and Zula Mae Rogers. He leaves his memories to his loving wife Regina Quaid Senter; parents Gene and Rockie Senter; step-daughters Mandy Nicole Bess and Sheina Marie Bess; sisters Jeanne Senter Arquel, Carol Senter Cabrera and husband Joaquin; brother James Richard Senter and wife Marlene Anderson Senter; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other cherished family members and treasured friends throughout the years.
