Rhonda J Barton

Rhonda J. Barton, 57, of Dayton, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at the Liberty-Dayton Regional Hospital in Liberty. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 3, 2014, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Linney Cemetery in Dayton. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Rhonda was born April 24, 1956 in Dayton and has been a lifelong resident of Dayton. She was a member of Special Olympics and enjoyed fishing, bowling, camping, playing cards, and watching westerns. Miss Barton was preceded in death by her father: Curtis Erwin Barton, mother: Lola Jewell Shipman Barton, sister: Lois Taylor, and brothers: Kenneth and Ed Barton. She is survived by her sister: Nina Green and husband Cecil of Dayton, brother: Fred Barton and wife Nelda of Hardin, sister-in-law: Rita Barton of Dayton, brother-in-law: Bill Taylor and wife Cissi of NY, nieces and nephews: Troy Barton and wife Angel, Kenneth Barton and wife Brandi, Mike Green and wife Tami, David Taylor, Mark “Bubba” Taylor, Stacey Morrison, Stephanie Belden, Teresa Leatherwood and husband Brett, Pam Kubeczka and husband Jimmy, Laura Butler and husband Brian, and numerous great-nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
