Rev. James B. "Jim" Jones. Ret

Rev. James B. (Jim) Jones Ret., age 77 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018. He was born February 5, 1941 in Hartford City, Indiana to parents James and Dorothy Jones. He is preceded in death by son, Charles Owen “Chuck” Jones, and in-laws Charles C. Smith and Mable M. Smith.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Marie Elaine Jones; parents, James and Dorothy Jones; daughter, Tina Mitchell and husband Danny; brothers, Jerry L. Jones, Clifford E. Jones and Reba Fay; grandchildren, Kristi Peterson and husband Brian, Katrina Mitchell and fiancé Jordan Smith; great-grandchild, Colton Lee Peterson; animal family, Soapy and Abby; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A private graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Cleveland Memorial Park, Cleveland, Texas.
