Randel L. “Randy†Schoenberg, 51, of Dayton, went to be with his Heavenly Father, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2013, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Magnolia Park Cemetery in Dayton. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Randy was born March 1, 1962 in Jacinto City, to parents; Chester C. Schoenberg and Glenda D. Clifton Schoenberg and is a former resident of Sheldon. He has resided in Dayton for the past 13 years. He was a leadman for Austin Industrial in Channelview for 21 years, attended the Assembly of God Church, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, working in the yard, watching the Houston Texans, and spending time with family. Mr. Schoenberg was preceded in death by his father: Chester C. Schoenberg, mother: Glenda D. Clifton Blackwell, father-in-law: Charlie J. Anders, and father-in-law: Dale Calkin. He is survived by his wife of 28 years: Beverly Anders Schoenberg of Dayton, son: Randel Allen Schoenberg of Dayton, sister: Amber Wittnebert and husband Jake of Magnolia, brother: Derrick Schoenberg of Dayton, stepfather: Allen Blackwell of Centerville, granddaughter: Willow Schoenberg of Dayton, nieces: Kaelyn Wittnebert, Ashlyn Wittnebert, Amy Rieck, and Lili Melvin, nephews: Andrew Wittnebert, Keith Rieck, Cayden Anders, Grayson Weeks, Jacob Melvin, Mikey Crawford, Seth Caruso, and Ryan Caruso, and numerous other relatives, and friends.
