Ralph Burton Hilzendager

Ralph Burton Hilzendager, age 80 of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019. He was born November 13, 1938 in Houston, Texas to parents Joseph and Cora Velma Hilzendager who preceded him in death along with his brother, Allen Hilzendager.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Hilzendager; daughters, Teresa Johnson and husband Joe, Susan Johnson and husband James, and Raneé Fowler and Mike; sister, Gayle Currie and husband Ray; brother, Joe “Sonny” Hilzendager and wife Margaret; grandchildren, Brandon Derryberry and Kristin, Heather Villa and husband Steve, Wesley Johnson, and Magen Willoughby and Cody; great-grandchildren, Kaylie, Kelsey, Macy, Maysen, and Willow; other survivors, Jeff Currie, Jeffrey Currie, and Clint Hilzendager; loyal companion, Copper; friends from Indian Creek, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 30, 2019 at Paul Horton United Methodist Church, Stephens Creek, Texas. Services will follow at 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 30, 2019 at Paul Horton United Methodist Church, Stephens Creek, Texas. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Stephens Creek, Texas.
