Peggy Inez Ray

Peggy Inez Ray, 75 years old and a resident of Cleveland, Texas, passed away, Monday, March 04, 2013 at her home. She was born March 07, 1937 in Robertson County, Texas to parents Alta Lloyd Johnston and Annie Lee Kaster Johnston who preceded her in death along with her loving husband Walter Aaron Ray; and her daughter LaWanda Sue Ray. Survivors include her daughters Peggy Medina and husband Paul, Kim Loftin; sons Kenneth Ray and wife Glinda, Micheal Wayne Ray; sisters JoAnn Butcher, Francis Walters, Shirley Throder, Marie Myrick, Ruby Wells; brothers Joe Johnston, Leon Johnston, Raymond Johnston, Roy Johnston, Wayne Sickle, and Steven Sickle; thrity-five grandchildren, forty-eight great-grandchildren; special friend Linda Brandel; numerous other cherished family members and faithful friends throughout the years. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 07, 2013, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Carl Williamson and Bro. Troy Moore will preside over funeral services being held Friday, March 07, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment following at New Salem Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas. Pallbearers include Henry Patterson, Forrest Medina, Marcus Tingle, Ernest Bullock, Larry Luman, and Phillip Carter; honorary pallbearers include John Kirkpatrick, Paul Jr. Medina, Charlie Murf, and Micha Ray.
