Pedro Rios, 38, of Liberty, died Friday, November 2, 2012, at the L.B.J. Hospital in Houston. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Liberty with burial following at the Liberty Catholic Cemetery in Liberty. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with rosary services at the funeral home on Monday. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Pedro was born August 30, 1974 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, to parents; Pedro Rios Perales and Donasiana Huerta Rodriguez, a former resident of Georgia, and has resided in Liberty for the past year. He was self-employed carpenter by trade, member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and enjoyed bull riding, rodeos, barbecues, and music. Mr. Rios was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Francisco and Thomas Rios, and sister: Paula Rios. He is survived by his wife: Silvia Torres of Liberty, daughters: Lebinia and Yanet Rios of Liberty, sons: Juan P. and Edgardo Rios of Liberty, brothers: Odilon Rios of MX, Jose Jesus Rios of Waco, and Jose Luis Rios of Liberty, sisters: Sara Rios of Houston, Ana M. Rios of Ft. Worth, Ofelia Rios of Houston, Juana Rios, I of MX, Juana Rios, II of Mexico, and Concepcion Rios of MX, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
