Patsy Eloise Pyle, 67, passed away on December 21, 2022, after a long battle with cancer.
She was born on October 17, 1955 in Cleveland, Texas. Her lifelong profession was as a cook. In her life she has traveled the United States, cooked in many restaurants, worked as a mechanic and even worked on a dairy farm. She was an incredibly strong woman who had a difficult life. When anyone else would have broken, she stayed strong. She was a fighter until the end. She loved Janis Joplin, the color blue, roses, windchimes and was an eternal hippie in her heart.
Her great love was her grandchildren: Noel, Jade, Kaylee, Mary Jane, Bendlelynn
She is survived by her two children: Angelia Guree Searle and husband Eric, Justin Workman.
She is also survived by 4 siblings: Gloria Coward, Bobby Tew, Dewayne Tew and Shannon Tew. 7 nephews/nieces: Tammy Wallace Billnoski and husband Patrick, Amanda Tew Hunt and husband Trey, Julie Harper, Lynn Lilley, Tricia Tew and companion Greg Hernandez, Christina Hemmesch and husband Andrew, Gregory Brantley and wife Debbie; and many other family and friends. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents: Edith and Marvin Tew; 3 siblings: Marvin Wendell Tew, Michael Tew and Steven Tew; nephew: Bobby Tew; sister-in-law: Linda Tew
Visitation will be held Friday, December 30, 2022, 9:30-11am at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, 303 E. Crockett, Cleveland, Texas.
Noble Enloe will preside over funeral services on Friday, December 30, 2022, 11am at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel. Patsy wishes to be cremated and her ashes spread at a later date. Her urn will be interred at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens in a private ceremony.
