Patricia Ann Vickery, age 76, of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at her residence. Mrs. Vickery was born August 26, 1935 in Beeville, Texas to parents Earnest Jacob Julius Range and Sarah Frances Worley Range. She graduated in 1953 from AC Jones High School in Beeville. She was blessed with a wonderful family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her husband Marvin “Pete” Vickery; son Earnest L. Vickery; daughter, Susan K. Vickery; both parents and her sister Linda Walters.
Survivors include her daughter Stephenie Russell; son-in-law L.R. Walker; sister Susan Earnestine Vickery; grandchildren Starr Willard, Sharon Frey, Earnest Vickery II; great-grandchildren Dylan and MaKayla Frey, Sarah, Alice and Jenny Willard; grandsons-in-law Donovan Frey and David Willard; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other cherished family members and treasured friends.
Chaplain Ron Ellis presided over funeral services held Friday, March 23, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel. Graveside services were held Saturday, March 24, 2012, 1:00 p.m. at Glenwood Cemetery, Beeville, Texas.
