Patricia Ann Floyd, 83, of Anahuac, Texas, passed away January 30, 2022, in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Patricia was born October 18, 1938, in Anahuac, Texas, to parents Wilmer L. Smith and Florence Watson Smith.
Patricia spent most of life in Anahuac and was a former resident of Liberty, Texas, and Louisiana. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Anahuac and Cornerstone Church in Liberty. She also was a member of the Liberty Red Hat Society. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking and being with her family. She also enjoyed fishing and camping.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Henry Floyd and her sister, Wilma Jean Venkhouse. She is survived by her children Tom Hampton and wife Connie, Janet King and husband Steve, Rick Hampton and wife Cacky and Scooter Hampton and wife Anita; grandchildren, Tommy Hampton, Bo Hampton, Tracey Meadows and husband David, Joe Davidson, Bobby Davidson, Scotty Hampton, Jesse Hampton, Andy Hampton, Jason Vergara and wife Cindy and Lonnie Vergara; great-grandchildren, Stetson Vergara, Brooklyn Davidson, Kirstin Davidson, Ira Hampton, Daisy Hampton, Keleigh Hampton, Kamryn Hampton, Kendal Hampton and Colton Anderson; great-great grandchildren, Krista Vergara and Waylon Vergara; numerous nieces and nephews.
Services for Patricia will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Dayton. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Anahuac Cemetery in Anahuac, Texas. All arrangements are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.
