Otha Wayne Howsen

Otha Wayne Howsen was born January 19, 1952 in Ashley County, Arkansas to parents, William Thomas Howsen and Ida Berniece Walters Howsen. He passed away in Cleveland, Texas on December 20, 2024 at the age of 72 years. Wayne has been a truck driver for over 38 years. He loved the open road and when he was at home he loved relaxing. 

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Edeltraud Gilmore; son, Gary Wayne Howsen; sisters, Paula and Evelyn.
