Norma Jean Phillips

Norma Jean Phillips, 61, passed away on March 8th, 2025, with her beloved husband by her side. Norma was born to parents Jimmy Beaumont and Linda Christy Beaumont on September 3rd, 1963 in Orange, Texas.

Norma was a devoted wife to her husband Roy for over 44 years, and an affectionate, caring mother to her two boys, Tony and Kevin. She will be remembered for her mischievous nature, sense of adventure, and her love of motorcycles. For Norma, motorcycle rides with Roy weren’t just a hobby; it was freedom, healing, and a reminder that life is meant to be fully lived. The motorcycle wasn’t just a machine—it was what she liked to call her "air therapy."

She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Phillips; parents, Jimmy and Linda Christy Beaumont; sons, Tony Lynn Phillips and wife Katherina, Kevin Jacob Phillips; brother, Allen Beaumont; sisters, Mary Beaumont, Barbara Meyers, Susan Beaumont; as well as her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.

A graveside service for Norma will be held at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens on Thursday, March 13th at 10 am, with James Clements officiating.
