Nettie Richards

Nettie Ardelle Richards, age 89, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away October 17, 2010. She was born in Broaddus, Texas on January 17, 1921 to Elijah Gabe Johnson and Willie Cathern Burns. She is preceded in death by her husband Travis Richards; Brothers, O.V. Johnson and Odell Johnson. Survivors include her daughter, Deloris Burke and husband J.D.; stepdaughter Marie Floyd; son Kenneth Deck and wife Mary; grandchildren Larry Browne, Theresa Michael, Mary-Margaret Duplechain, Kenn Taylor and husband Doug , Kenneth Deck Jr. and wife Ginger, Michael Deck and wife Robin, Joshua Floyd and wife Jennie; great-grandchildren Larry Browne Jr. and wife Shannon, Valarie Browne, Wade Taylor, Ryan Deck, Chelsea Deck, Travis Deck, Jacob Taylor, Haeley Deck, Kenneth Deck III, Natalie Deck and Alison Floyd; one great-great grandson Massimo Young; and many numerous nieces, nephews, and church families. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2010, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Ken Worley will preside over services being held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 21, 2010, Pace-Stancil Chapel. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, October 21, 2010, 2:30 p.m. at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Lufkin, Texas. Pallbearers include Larry Browne, Doug Taylor, Wade Taylor, Ryan Deck, Jacob Taylor, and Travis Deck.
