Myrta Nolin Fox, 74, of Livingston, Texas passed away Friday, October 30, 2015, at The Bradford in Livingston. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, 303 E. Crockett, Cleveland, Texas 77327. Myrta was born August 25, 1941 in Seadrift, Texas to parents; John E. and Della P. Wallis Bowen. A former resident of Cleveland, she attended Edinburg High School, studied child development at San Jacinto Community College, and was a member of the Church of Christ. She also enjoyed gardening, watching birds and squirrels. Mrs. Fox was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 36 years and father of her children: Ernest Nolin, son: Michael Nolin, great-grand-daughter: Tristan Polk, brothers: Ivan and Clark Bowen and sister: Lorraine Woodin. She is survived by her husband of six years: Earl Fox of Livingston, daughters: Lynda Crochet and husband Ricky of Port Neches and Susan Scheel and husband Mike of Watauga, sons: Mark Nolin of Cleveland and Steve Nolin of Houston, brothers: Jimbo, Jack, and Floyd Bowen, sisters: Juanita Brittain and Tenny Blankenship, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
