Muriel J. Sheffield

Sheffield Muriel Sheffield, age 84, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Monday, March 12, 2021.  She was born in Fostoria, Texas on August 30, 1927 to parents D.P. and Viola Rose Turner Jeffcoat who preceded her in death along with her loving husband P.R. Sheffield Sr.; daughter Linda Susan Sheffield; son P.R. “Raymond” Sheffield Jr.; sisters Lottie May Walker and husband, Garine, Mamie Moody and husband, Sam, Lois Garland and husband “Buck”, Agnes Justice and husband Orville, Bill Cunningham and husband Andy, brothers Robert Jeffcoat and wife Clair, and W.C. Jeffcoat and wife Ethyl. Survivors include her son John Edward Sheffield; grandchildren Natalie Sheffield, Nicholas Sheffield, Robert Sheffield, Susan Bradley and husband Christian, Linda Cheatham and husband Chris; numerous great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and other cherished family members and faithful friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2012, 5:00-9:00 p.m., at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.  Bro. Carl Williamson will preside over funeral service being held Thursday, March 15, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Baptist, Cleveland, Texas with interment following at Cleveland Memorial Park Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas   PACE-STANCIL FUNERAL HOME 303 E.
