Milton "Doug" Douglas Parker

Milton Douglas “Doug” Parker, 74, of Votaw passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015. He was born August 22, 1941 in Dayton to parents, Robert Parker and Lillian Payne Parker. Doug was a lifelong resident of Dayton where he graduated from Dayton High School in 1959. He served in the United States Army and upon returning Doug graduated from Sam Houston State College. Graveside service for Mr. Parker will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 14, 2015 at French Cemetery in Dayton under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home. Doug was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Martha Parker; son: Robert Parker and wife Kathy; daughter: Paula Parker; grandchildren: Kaylee Parker, Kamryn Parker, and Keaton Parker; brothers: David Parker and Doak Parker; numerous other family members and friends.
