Milford Lee Henry

M.L.“Mickey” Henry, age 57 and a resident of Houston, Texas, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2013. He was born August 06, 1955 in Cleveland, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father John K. Henry Sr.; and his niece Shawn Blasingame. Mickey received his law degree from the South Texas College of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas. He also taught vocational agriculture for five years and he was vocational supervisor for Windham School System of the Texas Department of Corrections in Ft. Bend and Brazoria Counties. Mickey loved animals and kids; he was a loving son, brother and steadfast friend. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him. Survivors include his mother Ila Henry; brothers John K. Henry Jr. and wife Dawn; Marc Henry and wife Erin; sisters Delicia Blasingame and husband Norman, Regina Ott and husband James; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other cherished family members and faithful friends. Visitation will be held Friday, June 28, 2013, 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Carl Williamson will preside over funeral services being held Saturday, June 29, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Cleveland, Texas.
