Michael Wayne Watson, age 54 of Coldspring, Texas passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020. He was born December 2, 1965 in Livingston, Texas to parents Jim and Sheryl Kelly Watson. He is preceded in death by his father, Jim Watson; brother, James V. Watson; grandparents, Eli and Celie Watson, James and Mary Kelly; aunt, Mary Kelly Long; and uncle, Sidney O’Neal.

Survivors include his mother, Sheryl Kelly Watson; brothers, Berry Lafagette and Tony Lafagette; sons, Kalob Watson, Michael Paul Chase, Chance Reinhart; daughter, Cheyeanne; grandchildren, Bryson, Brynleigh, Jessie James; stepchildren, Kasey and Josh Gabehart, Cody Platz, Zakkery and Alixandria Kier; step grandchildren, Kole and Kase James, Cody, Jr. and Haley Platz; uncle and aunts, Jimbo Kelly and Kristin, Janice O’Neal; nieces, Karley, Kaley and husband Butch, Brittany and husband Terry, Hope, Everly, Elizabeth, Michelle, Krista; nephews, Robert, Jr., Kelton, Konner, Kutter; great-nieces, Alexis, Kaley, Kalsey, Abby; great-nephew, Remington; cousins, Amy, Justin, Clayton, Rebecca and Heather Perry, Sarah and Joe O’Neal, James M. and Madison Kelly; friends, Robert and Kenneth Thornton, John and Kenny Nunn, and Paul Hardy.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 30, 2020 at Coldspring Senior Center, Coldspring, Texas.
