Michael Leon Swanson, age 56 of Dayton, Texas, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017. He was born June 28, 1960 in San Luis Obispo, California to parents Joseph Swanson and Ruth Mabry who he is preceded in death by.

Survivors include his wife, Elvie Swanson; daughter, Icylee Goyette and husband Jon Goyette; sons, Paul Patron, Ryan Patron; sisters, Shelly Thompson and husband Scott Thompson, Jamie Ornellas; grandchild, Harley Goyette; numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Rural Shade Baptist Church, Cleveland, Texas.
