Melinda Gajdosik Zarsky

Melinda Ann Gajdosik Zarsky, 56, of Crosby, died Saturday, September 4, 2010, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 9, 2010, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Magnolia Park Cemetery in Dayton. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Melinda was born September 25, 1953 in Dayton, to parents; August and Martha Thompson Gajdosik, and has resided in the Crosby area for the past 16 years. She was a homemaker, graduate of the Dayton High School class of 1972, and attended the St. Anne’s and St. Joseph’s Catholic Churches. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking. Mrs. Zarsky was preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law: Henry Zarsky. She is survived by her husband of 39 years: Donnie Zarsky of Crosby, daughter: Nikki Zarsky of Crosby, sons: Justin Zarsky of Crosby, Danny Zarsky of Crosby, and Tracy Zarsky and wife Lea of Odessa, grandchildren: Ethan and Grant Zarsky of Odessa, brother: Kenny Gajdosik and wife JoAnn of Dayton, mother-in-law: Norma Ruth Zarsky of Eastgate, and numerous other relatives, and friends.
