Maxine "Mickey" Parish

Maxine “Mickey” Parish, age 87, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011. She was born December 9, 1923 in Cleveland, Texas to Albert Ross and Minnie Jane Ballard who preceded her in death along with her loving husband, Joe “Slick” Parish.
Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Parish Holifield and husband, Dan; grandchildren, LaMonte Holifield, La Sahelle Beale and husband, Ricky; great-grandchildren, Jackie Brent Holifield and wife, Courtney, Brandon Beale, Jeremy Beale, Matthew Beale; great-great-grandchildren, Brycen and Tinley Holifield; sister, Allene Hines; brother-in-law, James Russell; sisters-in-law, Mary Parish, Faye Foxworth and husband, Earl; numerous other cherished family members and faithful friends throughout the years.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 6, 2011, 3:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Carl Williamson will preside over funeral services being held Monday, March 7, 2011, 3:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Cleveland, Texas with interment at Cleveland Memorial Park Cemetery.
