Mattie Bell Rollins

ROLLINS Mattie Bell Rollins, age 92 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014.She was born April 23, 1921, in Chireno, Texas, to parents, Edell Dan Burch and Lillie Maude Byrd. Mrs. Rollins loved quilting as well as spending time outdoors working in her flower gardens. She was also a long time member of Dolen Baptist Church where she was loved by so many. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Neal Rollins; son, Neal Allen Rollins; sisters, Allene Luce, Viny Burch; brother, Jesse Burch. Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Hinson and husband John; son, James Rollins and wife Cindy; grandchildren, Kelly Garner and wife Wendy; great grandchildren, Gage and Zane Garner; sisters-in-law, Fay Belcher and Betty Burch;also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 13, 2014, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Brother Mike Nix will preside over funeral services held Monday, April 14, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at Pace Stancil Funeral Home with interment following at Shepherd City Cemetery, Shepherd, Texas. Memorial donations may be made to the Dolen Baptist Church. Dolen, Texas.
