Mary Samual Wharton, age 76, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday, February 11, 2011. She was born September 29, 1934 in Hemphill, Texas.
Survivors include her parents, Samual and Spicey Mae Crowell; daughters, Lilly Moudan Dawney, Mary Marie Dobson; sons, Alvin Ray Gibbs, Kenneth Wayne Gibbs, Gary Wayne Gibbs, David Wayne Gibbs; sister, Anna May Brown; brother, Marshal Crowell, John Melton Crowell; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished family members and treasured friends throughout the years.
Memorial services will be held Monday, February 14, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
