Mary Jane Mclelland

Mary Jane McLelland, age 92, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Memorial Herman Northeast in Humble, Texas. She was born on March 18, 1920 in Rising Star, Texas to parents Henry McLelland and Ethel Roark who preceded her in death along with her devoted husband N.L. “Shorty” McLelland and her son Larry McLelland. Survivors include her son Joe McLelland and wife Sue; daughter-in-law Linda McLellaand; brother Russell E. Roark; grandchildren, Preston and Stephani McLelland, Michael Comstock and Patricia “Patti” McLelland, Dedra Minx, Clint and Leslie McLelland Garza, Bret and lisa McLelland Williams, Ross McLelland, Lori McLelland; great-grandchildren, Coti, Kaitlin, Payton Jane McLelland, Brandy and Wade Comstock, Tyler Minx, Rylan Garza, Colton Garza, Molly Williams, Hattie Jane Williams; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other cherished family members and faithful friends beyond measure. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 02, 2012, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Rev. Bobbie Maltas will preside over funeral services being held Sunday, June 03, 2012, 1:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, Cleveland, Texas with interment following at Cleveland Memorial Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas. Pallbearers include Preston McLelland, Michael Comstock, Ross McLelland, Bret Williams, Clint Garza, Kent Dark, Kenneth Riggs, and Joe Bob Croley.
