Mary Jane Burwick

Mary Jane “Janie” Burwick, age 64 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Monday, June 8, 2015. She was born August 15, 1950 in Cleveland, Texas to parents Johnny Mize and Ruth E. Sellars. She is preceded in death by her father, Johnny Mize and son, John David Patterson. Survivors include her husband, Edgar Burwick; mother, Ruth Mize; step-daughters, Karen Deming and husband Ryan, and Shari Gilmore and husband Steve; son, Victor Sidell “Dell” Patterson III and wife Robin; sisters, Glenda Farmer and husband Steve, and Pat Locke and husband Lance; brothers, Tom Mize, Johnny Mize and wife Sara, and Jerry Mize and wife Barbara; grandchildren, Nicci Patterson, Kaitlyn Patterson, Angela Welk, Breanna Pickardt, Cody Pickardt, Mackenzie Deming and Alexis Patterson; great-grandchild, Kyleigh Hammond; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Brother James Coots will preside over funeral services held 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Ryan Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
