Martha Preble Krolczyk

Martha Preble Krolczyk, age 76, of New Caney, Texas, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014, in Humble, Texas. Mrs. Krolczyk was born August 19, 1937, in Crowell, Texas, to parents Lewis T. and Oleta McKinney Burks. She was employed by the Target Corp. before her retirement in 2003. She enjoyed fishing, sightseeing and visiting her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel T. Krolczyk, and her parents. Survivors include her daughters, Jeanne Hanlon, Danette T. Krolczyk, Susan R. Gates, Nita M. Krolczyk and Kathy L. Chappell; grandchildren, Joshua Mahoney, Nicholas Hanlon, Amanda Hanlon, Megan Chappell, Hannah Chappell, Hunter Chappell, Jacob Chappell and James Chappell; brother, Luke Fenner; sisters, Ellen Vidler, Patsy Fenner, and Ruby Fenner; numerous other cherished family members and friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday January 15, 2014, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Barry Wilson will preside over services 4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 16, 2014, at Second Baptist Church, Kingwood, Texas with interment at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas. Pallbearers include Hunter B. Chappell, Bryan A. Fenner, Jacob B. Chappell, and James B. Chappell.
