Martha Kennedy

Martha Ellen Kennedy, age 78, of Houston, Texas, passed away Monday, February 3, 2014, at her home. She was born June 19, 1935, in Nacogdoches, Texas to parents, Thomas Jim and Maggie Mast Haltom. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., prior to the service, Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald Haltom, Junior Haltom, and Billy Jerome Haltom; sisters, Gwen Reed and Dorothy Morehead. Survivors include her sons, Mike Morehead and wife, Teresa; Charley Cryer; and Cliff Cryer; daughters, Linda Wilson, Sherry Brown and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Carolyn Christy and husband, Tommy; Larry Wilson and wife, April; Michael Wilson and wife, Ashley; Brandy Lee and husband, Travis; Kandy Murphy and husband, Michael; Misty Blue and husband, Rob; J. R. Hoagland and wife, Sandi; Christopher Cryer, Collin Cryer, and Chloe Cryer; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other cherished family members and friends.
