Mark Wayne Redwine, 71 of Kennard TX, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025, after complications from an aortic bypass . Born and raised in Houston Texas, he was the son of the late Newton Archie Redwine and Betty Joyce Langham (nee Freitag). Mr. Redwine proudly served as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate in the US Navy, honorably discharged from service in 1976.

Mark is survived by his wife, Erin Redwine (nee Muckleroy) of 19 years, his daughter Lisa Petrie (nee Redwine), daughter Amy Berthold (nee Redwine), stepsons Tracey Austin, Tyler Austin and Trevor Austin, his brothers Aubrey Redwine and Charles Redwine, his grandsons Jared Allen, Eric Berthold and granddaughter Aila Berthold, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Last but not least, he also leaves behind his adored pups, Jesse, Cloie, Waldo, and JJ. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend. He will be deeply missed.

Mark enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, or tinkering in his garden. A dog lover, you could often find him cuddled up with his best buddies on his Lazy Boy.

A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at the HCA Houston Healthcare Specialty Hospital, who went above and beyond in his care.

Services will be held at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Cleveland, Texas on Saturday, March 8, 2025. Visitation will be from 8AM-10AM, memorial service to follow at 10AM with Bro. Carl Williamson officiating. Military honors provided by the United States Navy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to the ASPCA.
