Marjorie L. Shirley

Marjorie Shirley, age 81 and a resident of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Kingwood Medical Center. Mrs. Shirley was born April 11, 1932 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She lived life with beauty and grace and a heart full of love. She was kind and giving, sweet and loving, tender hearted and deeply devoted to her family. She loved the Lord Jesus Christ and her church family. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Friday, August 02, 2013, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Carl Williamson will preside over funeral services being held Saturday, August 03, 2013, 10:00 a.m., Calvary Baptist Church, 816 North Blair St., Cleveland, Texas with interment following at Forest Hill Cemetery, Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband William Morris Shirley; parents Harvey and Dorothy Dean; her daughter Glenda Sue Shirley; two infant sons and her sister Betty Tucker. Survivors include her children Steve Shirley, Daniel Shirley, and Kayla Shirley Freeman; sister Shirley Levkulich; grandchildren Wes Shirley, Tawney Freeman, Courtney Shirley, Christopher Shirley, Cameron Shirley, and Bailee Shirley; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and faithful friends and church family.
