Marilyn Jean Warner Irby, 81, of Dayton passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014 at home after an extended illness. She was born September 5, 1933 in Brainerd, Minnesota to parents, Floyd Brue Warner and Ruth Bessie Young Warner. She attended Barbers Hill schools and had previously lived in Batson. Mrs. Irby lived her life taking care of her family and will be truly missed by all of them.Graveside Service form Mrs. Irby will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Guedry Cemetery in Batson under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Dayton. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 13, 2014 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Dayton. Serving as pallbearers are Justin Foster, Cody Douzat, Kade LaFrance, Colby LaFrance, Kory LaFrance, and Taylor Irby.Mrs. Irby was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, A.D. Irby, and four sisters.
