Marie Cecilia Wright

Marie Cecilia Wright, age 81 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018. She was born February 27, 1936 in American Samoa to parents Henrietta Solomon and Theodore Wulf who preceded her in death along with her daughter, Rosalie Isalei Daskas; husband, Vernon Wright; and siblings, Lena Bernard, Mickey Bernard, Joseph Bernard, John Bernard, Jacob Bernard, Chanel Bernard and Elizabeth Bernard.

Survivors include her sisters, Grace Allen and Mary Kalameli Horne; brothers, Ernest Bernard and Frank McCoy; grandchildren, Alexander Daskas, Patrick Daskas, Richard Daskas, Cecilia Daskas and Katrina Daskas; great-grandchildren, Davin Hill, Faith Daskas and Grace Daskas; numerous other relatives and friends.

Marie was a woman of great faith and was very involved with her church community.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will follow starting at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas.
