Margie Owens

Margie Christine Rogers Owens, age 86 of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017. She was born November 17, 1930 in Groveton, Texas to mother, Nettie Mae Rogers Whitten who precede her in death along with her husband, William Henry Owens; daughter, Arlene Stein Barnett; 3 sisters and 1 brother.

Survivors include her daughters, Cheryle Wilburn, Shirley Tedrick, Carolyn Pruett; sons, Roy Owens, Roger Owens; brother, Buddy Whitten; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Graveside Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Farley Chapel Cemetery, Shepherd, Texas.
