Marcelina Frias, 78, of Dayton, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at her residence. Graveside services will be held at Tutuaca Cemetery in Tutuaca, Chihuahua, Mexico at a later date. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday, February 28, 2013, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Marcelina was born May 20, 1934 in Sta. Barbara de Tutuaca, Chihuahua, Mexico, to parents; Jose Jesus Frias and Matilde Lunares Frias, and has resided in Dayton for the past two years. She was a homemaker, member of the Santa Barbara Catholic Church, and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and sewing. Mrs. Fria was preceded in death by her father: Jose Jesus Frias, mother: Matilde Lunares Frias, husband: Pedro Trevizo, daughter: Velma Trevizo Frias, sisters: Guadalupe Frias, Francisca Frias, Manuela Frias, and Eloisa Frias, brother: Humberto Frias, and son-in-law: Elias Trevizo. She is survived by her daughters: Armida Trevizo of Dayton, Rosalia Frias and husband Filiberto of WY, Matilde Frias and husband Francisco of McKinney, and Yolanda Trevizo of Dayton, sons: Victor Trevizo and wife Lucy of Dayton, Rafael Trevizo and wife Alma of Dayton, Gerardo Trevizo of Dayton, and Rodolfo Trevizo and wife Maribel of Plano, brother: Carlos Frias of Ferris, sister: Beatriz Frias of Dallas, 20 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
